jog + music = feel better

I jog when i feel stressed, frustrated. whatever

Jog + music = feel better

cause it feels like i'm running away from the world. getting lost in music. thus, feeling better.

though i know i can never actually run away from the world.. since i live in it.

kalau stress tiap hari mesti badan hot dan fit kan. bagus gak in a way. perut pun dah buncit.

blurghh.

ps: good luck intan kat kelantan. nmpknye tak dapat la i baca buku tu.
